What happens after I upgrade?

Stripe handles your secure payment. You'll be redirected back to ngram Studio, and your credits and plan limits update immediately once the payment succeeds.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time via the billing settings page. Switching plans will prorate any remaining balance automatically.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits included in your subscription reset each billing cycle. Credits purchased through credit packs never expire as long as your account remains active.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
