Publishing to the Gallery

How Video Sharing Works

After your video finishes generating in Agentic Mode, you can share it with anyone using a public link.

Generating a Public Link

1. Switch to the Video Preview tab on the right panel

2. Click the Share / Copy URL button below the video player

3. A public link is generated and copied to your clipboard

4. Share this link anywhere: social media, email, your website, or messaging apps

The URL format is: /watch/{video-slug}

Important: Generating a public link does not list your video in the Made with Ngram gallery. The video is only accessible to people who have the link.

Made with Ngram Gallery

The Made with Ngram gallery (ngram.com/made-with-ngram) is a curated, public showcase where users can publish their best videos for the ngram community and the wider web to discover. Publishing to the gallery is separate from generating a share link.

Who Can Publish to the Gallery

• Paid plans (Basic, Plus, Pro): You have full control. You can publish or unpublish any of your videos to the gallery yourself using the Share publicly toggle.

• Free plan: You cannot publish to the gallery on your own. Gallery publishing on the free plan is admin-supported, meaning only the ngram team can select and publish free plan videos to the gallery. If you'd like your video featured, reach out to the ngram team.

How to Publish (Paid Plans)

1. Open the Agentic Mode conversation for the video you want to publish

2. Switch to the Video Preview tab on the right panel

3. Find the "Share publicly" toggle (Globe icon) below the video player

4. Toggle it on to publish your video to the gallery at ngram.com/made-with-ngram

Your video is published instantly with no approval process required.

How to Unpublish (Paid Plans)

To remove your video from the gallery:

1. Return to the Agentic Mode conversation for that video

2. Find the "Share publicly" toggle below the video preview

3. Toggle it off

The video is removed from the gallery listing immediately. It will no longer appear in search results or browse views. The public share link will also stop working.

Free Plan vs. Paid Plans

Key distinction: On the free plan, your videos are not automatically listed in the Made with Ngram gallery. A public link is generated so you can share the video, but nobody can discover it unless you give them the link. The ngram team may select standout free plan videos to feature in the gallery. On paid plans, you gain full control over link visibility and can publish or unpublish videos to ngram.com/made-with-ngram yourself.

What the Gallery Shows

Each video in the gallery at ngram.com/made-with-ngram displays:

• Thumbnail — A preview image from your video

• Title — Your project title

• Creator info — Your display name and avatar

• Vote score — Upvotes minus downvotes (shown if positive)

• Play button — Appears on hover to watch the video

The Watch Page

When someone opens a video (via a shared link or from the gallery), they see a dedicated watch page with:

• Full video player with playback controls

• Title and description

• Creator info with avatar and creation date

• Vote buttons for upvoting and downvoting

• Share and embed buttons to share the video link or get an embed code

• Related videos section showing more videos made with ngram

Tips

• Give your video a good title. The project title becomes the gallery title and appears on the watch page. A descriptive, catchy title helps your video stand out.

• Publish your best work. The gallery is public. Showcase videos that represent your brand well.

• Share the link. Whether or not you publish to the gallery, every video has a shareable URL. Use it across social media, email, and your website to drive views.

• Upgrade for self-serve publishing. If you want to manage link visibility or publish to the gallery yourself without waiting for the ngram team, upgrading to any paid plan unlocks both.
