When you delete your account, your profile and account content are hidden immediately. Your account is first soft deleted, which means your data is marked as deleted but not permanently erased right away.

After 30 days, ngram permanently deletes your account data and files you uploaded.

What happens when you delete your account

Once you confirm account deletion:

  • Your account is hidden immediately.

  • Your projects, uploads, generations, social accounts, API keys, and webhook subscriptions are scheduled for permanent deletion.

  • Your uploaded files are permanently deleted after 30 days.

  • You can no longer access the deleted account.

  • You can sign up again with the same email address at any time, including within the 30-day deletion period.

If you sign up again, a new account profile is created. Your previous account data will not be restored or connected to the new account.

What data may be retained

Some records may be retained for compliance, security, billing, analytics, and internal audit purposes. This may include:

  • Billing history

  • Internal credit transactions

  • User feedback

  • User stories

  • Audit logs and related operational records

These records help us maintain accurate reporting, comply with legal or financial requirements, and improve ngram.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to your ngram account.

  2. Open the account menu in the lower-left corner.

  3. Select Account & Settings.

  4. Go to the Account section.

  5. Scroll to Delete account.

  6. Click Delete account.

  7. In the confirmation window, type DELETE.

  8. Click Delete account again to confirm.

Can I recover my account?

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Your account is hidden immediately, and after 30 days your account data and uploaded files are permanently erased.

If you create a new ngram account using the same email address, it will be treated as a fresh account and will not recover data from the deleted account.
