Use this guide when

Use this guide when comparing plans, estimating video generation costs, trying ngram for free, or checking credit resets. Base generation rates are 3 credits per second for ngram-flash and 10 for premium video models. Your settings and the finished duration determine the generation charge.

Before you start

Open Account & Settings, then Billing & Pricing. Confirm the active account or team before comparing the current plan, balance, billing interval, or available change. The values shown at checkout remain the final price and currency source.

Current plan summary

  • Free: 1,000 credits per month and no credit card required. Create videos, make them public, and share their watch links. Choose a paid plan when you need MP4 downloads. On Free, you can create one premium video per calendar month (UTC), up to 60 seconds, using your credits. After using that allowance, choose ngram-flash or upgrade to Basic or higher for another premium video.
  • Basic: $29 monthly; 3,000 credits per month; 720p downloads without an ngram watermark.
  • Premium: $59 monthly; 10,000 credits per month; up to 1080p; one Brand Kit, custom voice, and custom face/avatar.
  • Ultimate: $299 monthly; 50,000 credits per month; up to 4K; unlimited Brand Kits and custom identity assets; team access.
  • Enterprise: custom quotas, export quality, and contract terms. Contact Sales for the current offer.

Choose a starting plan by monthly video volume

As a starting point, Basic is a good fit if you are looking to create 1–5 videos per month, Premium for 6–20, and Ultimate for 21–50. If you expect to create more than 50 videos per month, talk to sales about an Enterprise setup. Include videos for all your clients when estimating agency volume.

These ranges help you choose which plan to explore; they are not fixed video allowances. Base generation rates are 3 credits per second for ngram-flash and 10 for premium video models. Use the estimate shown for your selected settings and leave room for revisions and other credit use.

For example, if you expect to make 10 videos each month, start by comparing Premium with your needs. Generate or edit a representative video, check its credit usage, and estimate your monthly total, including revisions. Choose a higher-capacity plan or top-ups if that total exceeds the included credits. You can create an account and try ngram without a credit card.

Annual billing

The current annual option shows a 20% effective discount: Basic $23.20, Premium $47.20, and Ultimate $239.20 per month when billed annually. The full year's credits are granted upfront rather than in monthly installments. Always use the live Billing page as the final price and currency source.

Top-up packs

  • Free: 1,000 credits for $40.
  • Basic: 1,000 credits for $20.
  • Premium: 1,000 credits for $15.
  • Ultimate: 1,000 credits for $10.
  • Purchased top-up credits do not expire.

Rules that apply across plans

Unused Premium and Ultimate monthly credits carry forward for one additional billing cycle. Free and Basic allowances refresh monthly, and annual-plan credits remain available until renewal. Monthly and annual paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case and is never guaranteed. Taxes, currency, and Enterprise terms depend on checkout or contract.

A safe first pass

  1. Open Account & Settings → Billing & Pricing and confirm the active account or team.
  2. Compare the plan allowance and export quality with the estimate for the work you want to create.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual only after checking the price and when the change takes effect.
  4. After a purchase or plan change, verify the plan name, balance, and next billing date before closing the page.

What you should see

Billing & Pricing should show the current plan, available credits, billing interval, and next applicable renewal or change. Usage shows what individual operations consumed. If the plan or balance does not update, refresh Billing once and verify the active account or team; do not repeat a purchase. Contact Support with the time, visible status, and non-sensitive invoice or receipt reference when the result still does not appear.

Plans and pricing FAQ

How many videos can I create with my plan?

There is no fixed video count. Base generation rates are 3 credits per second for ngram-flash and 10 for premium video models. Divide the credits you plan to spend by the displayed per-second estimate to calculate total seconds. Check Usage for other credit consumption.

Which plan should I explore for 1–5, 6–20, or 21–50 videos per month?

Start with Basic for 1–5 videos per month, Premium for 6–20, or Ultimate for 21–50. For more than 50 videos per month, talk to sales about Enterprise. These are starting recommendations, not guaranteed video counts. Confirm typical video length, how much footage you will generate versus reuse or edit, model choices, and expected revisions, then compare the estimated credits with the plan allowance.

How much will a two-minute video cost in credits?

At the base generation rate, two minutes is 1,200 credits with a premium model or 360 with ngram-flash. Your selected settings determine the total estimate. The charge follows actual generated duration. Free premium videos are limited to 60 seconds; review your estimate before starting.

Can I try ngram without entering a credit card, and is there a free trial?

Free includes 1,000 credits per month with no credit card required. Create a video, make it public, and share its watch link. Choose a paid plan when you need to download the video file.

When do paid subscription credits reset or roll over?

Basic credits refresh each month. Unused Premium and Ultimate monthly credits carry forward for one additional billing cycle. Annual-plan credits are granted upfront and remain available until renewal.

Do purchased top-up credits expire?

No. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Verify the updated balance after purchase before starting another charged operation.

Why did my plan or credit balance not update after payment?

Confirm the active account or team and refresh Billing once. Do not repeat the purchase. If the plan or balance is still missing, contact Support with the purchase time and a non-sensitive invoice or receipt reference.
