Downloading and Exporting Your Video

Once your video looks and sounds the way you want, it's time to download it. ngram AI Studio gives you two places to export your video: directly from Agentic Mode, or from the editor.

Where to Download

From Agentic Mode (Video Preview)

If you're still in the Agentic Mode conversation and your video has finished generating:

  1. Switch to the Video Preview tab on the right panel.

  2. Play through the video to confirm you're happy with it.

  3. Click the Download button below the video player.

This is the fastest path if you don't need to make any manual edits. The video will render and download with all the AI-generated scenes, voiceover, and background music.

From the Editor

If you've opened your video in the editor and made adjustments:

  1. Confirm all your edits are complete by playing through the video one more time.

  2. Click the black Download button in the top-right corner of the top bar.

This is the path to use when you've fine-tuned timing, added text overlays, changed music, or made any other manual edits in the editor.

The Rendering Process

When you click Download, ngram AI Studio renders your video at full quality. Here's what to expect:

  1. Rendering starts -- A progress indicator appears showing the current rendering status.

  2. Processing -- The system composites all your scenes, animations, voiceover narration, and background music into a single video file. This includes any edits you've made in the editor.

  3. Download completes -- Once rendering finishes, the video file automatically downloads to your computer's default downloads folder.

Rendering time depends on your video's length and complexity. A typical 30-second video with 5-6 scenes takes around 1-3 minutes to render.

Tip: Don't close the browser tab while rendering is in progress. The render runs server-side, but closing the tab may interrupt the download.

What's Included in the Export

Your downloaded video contains everything from your project:

  • Scene animations -- All AI-generated video clips for each scene, with transitions.

  • Voiceover narration -- The AI-generated voice reading your script.

  • Background music -- The music track playing behind the narration.

  • Text overlays -- Any titles, captions, or text elements you added.

  • Effects and elements -- Any visual effects, shapes, or stickers applied in the editor.

  • Your timing adjustments -- Scene durations exactly as you set them in the timeline.

The exported video is a self-contained file that plays in any standard video player or can be uploaded directly to social media platforms, websites, or presentation tools.

Before You Download

Since rendering takes time, it's worth doing a final review before clicking Download:

Pre-Download Checklist

  • [ ] Play the full video from start to finish in the editor.

  • [ ] Listen to the audio -- confirm voiceover and music are balanced and aligned with scenes.

  • [ ] Check scene transitions -- make sure no scenes feel abruptly cut or overly long.

  • [ ] Review text elements -- verify any titles or captions are positioned correctly and free of typos.

  • [ ] Confirm the outro -- check that the closing scene looks as expected.

  • [ ] Save your project -- click the save icon in the top bar so you can return and make changes later if needed.

Watermark and Plan Limitations

Videos created on the free plan include an ngram watermark in the exported file. To remove the watermark and export clean, professional videos, upgrade to a paid plan.

You can upgrade from the account settings or by clicking the upgrade prompt that appears during the download process.

Re-Downloading and Revisions

Your project is saved in ngram AI Studio, so you can always come back and make changes:

  1. Open your project from the home page or projects list.

  2. Click Open in editor to return to the editor.

  3. Make your changes.

  4. Click Download again to render a new version.

Each download renders a fresh video file with your latest edits. There is no limit to how many times you can re-export, though each render consumes credits.

Sharing Your Video

After downloading, you can share your video anywhere:

  • Social media -- Upload directly to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, or TikTok.

  • Presentations -- Embed in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote.

  • Websites -- Upload to your site or a video hosting platform like YouTube or Vimeo.

  • Email campaigns -- Attach or link to the video in your marketing emails.

Tip: For social media, consider the aspect ratio you chose when creating the video. 16:9 works well for YouTube and LinkedIn. 9:16 is ideal for Instagram Reels and TikTok. 1:1 works for most feed posts.
